Mark failed / non existing feeds in the user interface

Since SilverReader has an intelligent retry mechanism (see below), failed and non-existing feeds should be marked in the user interface.

The retry mechanism explained, from Miroslav Popović 's comment in this post on Google+ http://goo.gl/aUDNG :
Each time a feed is failed, the next retry schedule is doubled in time from the previous one. I.e. it will retry in 15 minutes, then in 30, 60, 120... After a predefined number of retries (several days), it marks the feed as non existing and won't try to load it anymore.

        Some feeds die for a while, and are revived, or intermittent, sometimes over periods of several months for self-hosted blogs. Still desirable to have minimal check on "inactive" feeds, perhaps once a month.
